Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 3-5 business days (special circumstances may apply). Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with documentation of damage or defect. Upon approval confirmation we will send you a new replacement product.
